ELIGIBILITY

Purchasing products via the Website is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts over the Internet in accordance with the laws of Italy.

To make purchases on the Website, you must provide your personal details, including your real name, valid mobile phone number, email address, payment details, billing address, and other requested information as indicated. You represent and warrant that the payment details you provide are valid, complete, and correct, and confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

The Website is available only to individuals who meet Nonna Cooking’s eligibility requirements, hold a valid credit/debit card issued by a bank acceptable to Nonna Cooking, and have authorized us to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card for the total purchase price of the product(s) they buy. Products purchased are for personal or gift use only and should not be resold, used for commercial purposes, or for any other commercial benefit. Nonna Cooking reserves the right to restrict the quantity of items of a product shipped to any one customer or postal address.

By making an offer to purchase product(s), you expressly authorize Nonna Cooking to perform credit checks and, where Nonna Cooking feels necessary, to transmit or obtain your credit/debit card information or credit report (including any updated information) to or from third parties to authenticate your identity, validate your credit/debit card, obtain an initial credit authorization, and/or authorize individual purchase transactions as Nonna Cooking deems necessary. You agree that we may use the personal information you provide to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks and that such personal information may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

ORDERS FOR PRODUCTS

The products available for purchase on the Website are subject to acceptance and availability. If, for any reason, after submitting an order for one or more products, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will inform you as soon as possible, cancel the relevant part of your order, and refund or re-credit your account for any amount you have paid or that has been debited from your credit/debit card for the product(s) we cannot supply.

Please note that you may order up to two (2) items of the same product. Additionally, for special collections and limited editions, only one item per style may be purchased.

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, if we are unable to obtain payment authorization, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, if the item ordered does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions or if any other problem is identified by us.

Nonna Cooking will maintain a record of your transactions for a minimum period of one (1) year.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order but a confirmation that we have received it.

Unless canceled, acceptance of your order will be completed upon our dispatch of the order. At this point, the contract between you and Nonna Cooking is formed. The contract is concluded in Italy, and the language of the contract is English. Neither our third-party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of Nonna Cooking.

We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawal of any product from the Website, whether or not that product has been sold, for removing, screening, or editing any materials or content on the Website, or for refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Efforts are made to ensure that all details on the Website are accurate; however, errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur from time to time. If we discover an error in the price of a product in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to accept or process an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order, even if it has been accepted or is in transit. If you have already paid for the product(s), we will refund the full amount or re-credit your account as soon as possible. If the products are recalled during transit, we will process your refund/re-credit once the products are returned to us.

By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to pay the full amount payable for the product(s) as indicated in your order, including any applicable shipping fees.

PRICING AND PAYMENT POLICY

The price of the products displayed on the Website and the shipping fees are quoted in your local currency and exclude any applicable taxes or customs duties. Shipping fees will be added to the price of the products and displayed separately in your local currency during the checkout process.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated according to the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

Prices include VAT at the applicable rate on the date of the order. Any changes to the applicable VAT rate will be reflected in the price of products sold by Nonna Cooking on its Website.

We accept the following payment methods:

Nonna Cooking e-Gift Card

All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit/debit card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery. We will cancel your order and contact you for an alternative payment method.

The credit/debit card details you provide must correspond exactly to the cardholder’s information as registered by the card issuer. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Nonna Cooking. You confirm that the credit/debit card used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the cardholder to use it.

No credit/debit card details will be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties except our secure online payment provider.

PRICING AND PAYMENT POLICY (CONTINUED)

We take reasonable care to make the Website secure. All credit/debit card transactions on the Website are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. SSL is a security protocol that encrypts your card details and provides a secure connection between internet browsers and websites, allowing private data to be transmitted online. While we take reasonable care, within our ability, to keep your order and payment details secure, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorized access to any data you provide while accessing or ordering from the Website.

Nonna Cooking offers price adjustments only on first markdowns. If a product is purchased at full price and subsequently goes on sale, we will honor a one-time price adjustment if requested within 10 days of purchase.

NONNA COOKING E-GIFT CARDS AND PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS

Nonna Cooking e-Gift Cards and physical Gift Cards are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:

E-GIFT CARDS

E-Gift Cards can be redeemed exclusively for the purchase of products on the Website.
E-Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash (except as required by law).
If your order total is less than the value of the E-Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account and can be used for future purchases. You can check your E-Gift Card balance online in the "My Account" section.
If your order exceeds the value of the E-Gift Card and you have available credit in your account, this will automatically be applied to cover the remaining balance. Any outstanding balances beyond the E-Gift Card or store credit must be paid with a credit/debit card.
If you return products purchased with an E-Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited as electronic credit to your account and can be used for future purchases. You can check your electronic credit balance online in the "My Account" section.
E-Gift Cards will be emailed to the recipient once the order has been processed and payment received. A copy will also be sent to the sender as confirmation of dispatch.
Nonna Cooking is not responsible for the delivery of an E-Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address; this is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Nonna Cooking is not responsible if an E-Gift Card is lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization.
Nonna Cooking reserves the right to cancel an E-Gift Card if deemed necessary.
Promotional codes cannot be applied to the purchase of E-Gift Cards.
Sales tax and shipping charges are applicable on any products purchased with an E-Gift Card.

DELIVERY

For all deliveries:

Nonna Cooking will deliver your order to the address specified in your order.
Shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process.
Nonna Cooking processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Italian public holidays.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, you may arrange an alternative delivery date or receive further instructions on how to collect your order from the courier.

For deliveries within Europe (EU):

Nonna Cooking sells and delivers products only to customers residing in Europe and offers the following shipping methods for all online purchases:

The free standard service is available for all orders over €125. Orders may take up to 1–2 business days for processing, in addition to delivery time.

From time to time, Nonna Cooking may offer free shipping for online purchases shipped to certain EU countries, depending on the order value.

Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Italian public holidays. Nonna Cooking cannot be held responsible for unexpected delivery delays beyond its control.

CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, simply email info@nonnacooking.com to cancel the order, and we will do our best to cancel it, provided the order has not yet been processed. If the order has already been processed, such cancellation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Returns section below for further information.

RETURNS

You can return products via courier. You may request a return by emailing order@nonnacooking.com, and our Customer Service team will arrange for collection through our partner courier service.

All products in the kit must be returned unused, with all related items (such as instruction booklets, etc.), if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, along with the original invoice, within 14 days of receipt.
Returns will not be accepted if the original packaging of the products has been opened or tampered with.
Damaged or contaminated returns may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
Once we have received, inspected, and approved the returned products via email, we will refund the price paid for the products (excluding applicable taxes, import duties, shipping, and return fees).
Returned products to Nonna Cooking will be processed within ten (10) working days (2 weeks) of receipt.
If you receive an incorrect product, a damaged or defective product, or simply wish to return the product for any reason, please email order@nonnacooking.com to initiate the return process. Our Customer Service team will contact you to assist with your return request within two (2) working days.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in one shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Refunds will be processed by crediting the same credit/debit card used at the time of ordering. Please note that refunds may take up to ten (10) working days to appear in your account due to variable processing times between payment providers.
For payments made via e-Gift Card, the refund will be issued in the form of a new e-Gift Card. You can monitor your e-Gift Card balance by logging into your account online at any time.
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as simple and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are repeatedly returned.
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please email order@nonnacooking.com, and our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you with your request. All products must be unused, in the same condition as received, in their original packaging, with the original invoice, within 14 days of receiving your gift.

EXCHANGES AND COLLECTIONS

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. You are encouraged to return the product and then place a new order for the desired product, subject to stock availability.

PRODUCT LIABILITY

By purchasing products through our Website, you acknowledge and agree that Nonna Cooking has no responsibility for the products, except as described in the preceding paragraphs regarding returns and exchanges or refunds/credits for the price paid. Full liability for the products lies with the manufacturer. The terms of the manufacturer's product liability are detailed on the product packaging or in the notice accompanying the products.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All copyrights, trademarks, trade names, Website designs, intellectual property rights, and other materials, rights relating to the Website, including software and all HTML and other content in the Website, page headers, images, text, illustrations, formats, logos, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips or downloads, and video clips (collectively, the "Intellectual Property" or "IP") are and will remain the property of Nonna Cooking and/or its respective owners and are protected by EU trademark and copyright laws.

You may access, view, download, and print the Intellectual Property and all material displayed on our Website solely for personal, non-commercial use as expressly authorized by Nonna Cooking and/or its third-party licensors, provided that you (i) do not modify or alter the Intellectual Property in any way, and (ii) do not provide or make available the Intellectual Property to any third party in a commercial manner.

You will not acquire any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights in the Intellectual Property. These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English and Italian. In case of discrepancies between the English and Italian texts, the Italian version shall prevail.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts in Turin.
