Return Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or used, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. These provisions supplement those expressed in the Terms & Conditions .

To initiate a return request, you can contact us at order@nonnacooking.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Italy, shipping of your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a new, separate purchase for the new item.

14 day period in the European Union

Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or used and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Reimbursement

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
